A Word About Late Registrations

Registrations to participate online will be accepted through the week of Sessions. However, registering after July 23 may limit your participation. If you are interested in participating in Home Groups, please register by July 23rd. After that date, we will do our best to accommodate requests to be in Home Groups but facilitator availability may be limited.

Before We Begin

You will be asked a series of questions to help us register each Friend for Sessions. The questions will repeat for each person and will change based on your selections. After you complete the form for the first Friend, you can add additional people or complete the registration.

If you register multiple people, everyone who has an email listed will get a confirmation of their own registration details. This is the email we will use to send them information about their program including their home group. The billing contact will receive a summary of everyone's registration information as well as any payment details.

Required fields will be marked with an asterisk "*".  If you run into any difficulty please contact the Events Coordinator at [email protected].

A special note to parents:

Youth programs will be held on campus at Castleton University.  Teens and youth are welcome to attend online programming like the Plenary and Opening/Closing celebrations.  There may be a limited opportunity for youth to connect with the group on campus. for more information email Gretchen Baker-Smith at [email protected].

On DemandSessions Video Library

As a new experiment this year, we are seeking short video presentations from Friends on various topics related to the spiritual life, witness, and ministry of Quakers in New England for the Sessions Video Library. These videos will be available to Sessions participants during Sessions and are a way participants can learn more about how the Spirit has been at work among New England Friends recently and, we hope, will facilitate meaningful connections and conversations.

I and/or a member of my family identifies as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color. Please send me information about gatherings before and during Sessions for BIPOC attenders and their families.

If you are currently on campus please check your email for links. If you cancelled your onsite registration please complete this form for all the online updates.

A Few Words About Paying for Sessions

In this time of turmoil, hardship, and change, New England Quakers remain committed to our ongoing experiment with the Pay-As-Led approach to funding our gatherings: removing financial barriers to participation, trusting in each person's integrity and discernment, and inviting each person to pay what they are led and able to offer. Read more about the experiment with Pay-As-Led here.

Grounded in this approach, here's how the process of paying for Sessions will work this year:

We're offering several options in an effort to be transparent about costs and support your discernment. You may choose a pre-set cost for Sessions or establish your own appropriate level.  Concerns about cost should not prevent anyone from attending Sessions. You can choose the amount that you are led to pay from the four below or choose "I am led to pay another amount."

Community Fee: Covers the full direct and indirect cost of your participation at Sessions and supports the attendance of others ($51.00/day).

Complete Cost Fee: Covers the full cost of the gathering including staff time for Sessions this year ($34.00/day).

Basic Fee: Covers the direct costs of Sessions and a small portion of staff time. Similar to the "Traditional Fee" used in the past ($20/day).

Partial Fee:  Covers a portion of direct costs. You are invited to choose this fee or another amount below ($11/day).

Children, youth and teens are invited to participate free of charge; families will be given the option of making a contribution to support the broader work if they are so led.

If you have any questions or concerns about paying for Sessions, or would like further help with your discernment, please contact Elizabeth Hacala, Events Coordinator, at [email protected].

If you will attend Sessions every day, please enter 6.

Questions about Access:

In order to help us better plan for Friends' participation, please let us know what technology resources you will have available during Sessions as well as ways we could support your full participation.

We will do our best to make Sessions, in this format, as accessible to Friends as possible. If we need more information on how to support you, may we contact you about this? If so please tick the box above.

Information about access needs will be shared only with those who need it to support you.

Home Group Opportunities

Thank you for registering for Sessions. All Home Groups are full for this year.

Home Groups are small groups of 8 to 12 people that meet for spiritual growth, connection, and community building. Friends are seen, known, and held. Home Groups support Friends sharing and processing their experiences of Sessions and what is moving in their own spiritual lives. Home Groups meeting online will be made up of other Friends participating online.

If the Home Group Coordinators are still seeking facilitators at this time, someone will follow up with you to explore further about how your gifts and availability might match with our needs this year.
